The answer is yes, and there are many examples in the bible.

God is not done with you yet, even with the gray hair!
He promises to continue to sustain you, as he has since
before you were born.

Will you trust what God says, even when you've never seen it?
Noah had to trust, even at the ripe age of 600, to build the ark.

Moses tried to get out of being Israel's leader by giving excuses,
but in the end when God chooses you, your ship will not sail without you.
